Thank you to Parker and Scott! Our hot water went out, and they were able to come out the next morning to fix it. They were both super friendly and very efficient. We bought an old house, and they were able to walk us through several little quirks we were unfamiliar with (random piping, exhausts, etc.) and even did a small bonus repair for us because they already had the parts for it. I really appreciated that they wore plastic booties and cleaned up very well after themselves. Plumbing can get dirty, and you would never know that they were in our house!

After coming home from after being away for a weekend. We noticed water between our hardwood floor and the slab on grade. After further investigation, we determined it was the water heater that blew out at the seen. We immediately called around and through a very close friend found Valley Home Services. They came out same day, replaced the water heater, fixed the main water shutoff valve. Scott and Parker were amazing and very professional. Service is always big deal to me and these two superseded my expectations. Well done Valley, well done!
