Excellent all around service. Western got someone out within 24 hours of my calling, gave me a quick and fair quote with multiple options, and even gave me tips on how to do it myself. Ryan Caulky was extremely helpful. He was professional and experienced. I used Main Street for years for heating and air and now am sold on Western plumbers as well. One stop shop for prompt, experienced and professional service!

Michael was great to work with. I had lots of questions and he was very patient with me in the process as I compared and contrasted the various offerings by different HVAC contractors, and he was able to work with me to hammer out a deal that worked for both of us. I can’t speak yet to the quality of the Daikin equipment I have coming nor their warranty service since the install hasn’t happened yet. I’ll update in a couple years after I have time to evaluate the quality of the install. I have no doubt I’ll be happy with it, but it doesn’t make sense to rate something I haven’t experienced yet. This review is strictly about my great experience with Michael and how well he represented Western during the sales phase. Edit: Apparently my sales rep Michael Witcoff works out of the Orem location, not Sandy, so that was my bad. But apparently people like the Sandy location as much as Orem, and Michael still gets the brownie points, so I'll leave my review here. 😃

Blake is an excellent technician. He is very thorough and spent considerable time with me answering technical questions that helped me to make the best decisions on needed repairs. He is also extremely polite and goes above and beyond to serve his customers.

This was the first time we’ve used them and it was seamless. They scheduled us quickly, when they were running behind they offered to reschedule proactively hours before our scheduled time so I wasn’t around for them. Payson was fantastic. They were training another team member and I overhead them being so kind and informative. Then they did the same to us when they recommended a motor replacement. No pressure and gave us a timeline recommendation if we didn’t do it today. Communication, service, and pricing was all on par. Will be using them in the future

Ben was great! I was able to get a same day appointment for help with diagnostics on my AC unit. He made several recommendations and talked me through choosing the best option for me. He stuck around after the job was done to talk about additional options. He was also very mindful and respectful of my home with wearing booties and asking before walking around to check vents. I would use them again!
