We've lived in our West Hartford home for 50 years and we've used Ugo Sr. and now Ugo Jr. several times over those many years. Each time the service was quick and complete. No call backs were needed. The price was reasonable and the service personnel were always always prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend Ugo DiGrazia for all you HVAC needs.

Everyone was very concerned about our a/c unit problem being resolved correctly and efficently. They patiently checked and tested for any possible issue. In the end, we are very satisfied with the work that was very professionally done. Most important, they were really very friendly and easy to work with.

I had both Boiler and AC systems replaced. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and Ugo and his team are the best. They were fairly priced, responsive, professional, respectful and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ugo's team replaced my water heater, AC and furnace in Q4 2024. They finished the work in time as promised and did excellent work. When summer came, Ugo sent crew to fill the coolant in the AC since it can only be done when temperature reaches certain level. It cannot be done in winter. My house has 3 zones and one zone AC control did not work after I switched to cool. After I reported the issue, Ugo sent a technician over to check next day. He identified the issue quickly, which was caused by wiring on the control panel. He fixed it quickly. Now everything works fine. I am glad I asked Ugo to do the work. He is so nice and phone line is always open. Thank you!

As impressive as any service professional I have ever encountered. I’ve reached out to Ugo twice now with “no heat” issues with multiple young children and he and his team have either taken the time *immediately* to walk me through the potential fixes on the phone or they’ve *immediately* come out to fix the issue themselves. Ugo himself is kind, clear and exceptionally patient. If I could go above 5 starts, I would. Three cheers for a place that still prioritizes customer service and professionalism to this degree in 2025.
