We recently had some trouble with our main sewer line, as water would back up through the floor drain whenever we ran the water for too long. We called out Nathaniel and Barry to help us out. They advised us to keep a trickle of water running for about a week to help prevent the line from freezing again, which really helped. A few days after the work was done, we had a big ice storm and the toilet stopped flushing properly. I tried using an auger myself, but couldn’t get it to clear. Barry came out the very next day, even though the weather was terrible, and had the toilet cleared in less than five minutes. We’re really grateful for how Nathaniel and Barry handled the whole situation—they were professional, caring, and made sure we understood what was happening.
