I had a great experience with this company! They responded very quickly when I needed drain cleaning and arrived right on time. The technician was professional and did a thorough job. Their customer service was also super friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

The plumber they sent has been to my home twice. Ariel was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He deserves a big fat raise. God bless America! Update 6/19/2025 Used the same plumber again, Mr. Ariel. This time to construct, a #2, cleanout, for a driveway, that I am redoing. Again he was on time, proffesional, and conducted great craftsmanship. The 4" cast iron pipe, leaving the house was cracked and leaking sewage into the ground. (The morons who owned the house before paved over it!) Wonderful job! This is one of the few companies, in Miami Dade, that do things right the first time.

I have used the services of The Plumbers twice. Mayra is extremely friendly, efficient, and courteous to speak to. Recently I had a leak from my AC, even though The Plumbers aren’t AC specialists, Mayra sent a team member who was able to detect and resolve the problem in a speedy and professional manner.
