My house was built in 1967 and clay pipes were used for the sewer system. After many problems and much expense Superior Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing the pipes with their seamless liner. They were on time and stayed with the job until it was finished. Dustin, Sean and Alex were professional and an absolute joy to deal with. I give Superior Plumbing my highest recommendation.

Have you ever had a water heater start leaking water through your ceiling 5 hours before you’re going to have a full house for a party? That’s exactly what my family faced and why Superior Plumbing earned all my business going forward. They came to my home for an emergency call and replaced the old water heater which had water coming out the top. They were amazingly fast and did a great job on the new install. I even overheard the guys upstairs talking about how they wanted to get the unit installed so the water could be turned back on for the party. Don’t think I’ve previously worked with any service companies that would care that much. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I tried to get the sprinkler system up and running late last week in anticipation of hotter weather and unfortunately, I noticed the hole where the water valve shutoff is located immediately started filling with water when I turned it on. I figured something froze and needed replacement, and Superior Plumbing validated this when they came out today to perform the fix! The tech was super friendly, patient, and sounded like he knew what he was doing. He explained the whole process to me, dug up the frozen/busted piece, and replaced it easily. Then the RPZ unit was leaking when he turned everything on, so he got to work on trying to figure out why. He disassembled the whole unit TWICE to try to fix it, but couldn't locate why it was leaking and was convinced it was something he couldn't see inside the RPZ piece, so it's no good that I'll have to order another one and put it on, but better to know it was something outside of our control. Superior Plumbing was quick to respond when I first called, the tech showed up as expected, and the work done seemed like great quality and if we have other needs in the future, I know who we'll call!

Professional, kept appointments, took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of a tankless water heater. They did a great job installing a freestanding tub and faucet, replaced 3 bathroom faucets, lowered flange and installed toilet, installed kitchen faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Very nice to work with. We would definitely use them again!

We have a condo that was built on a slab in the early '70's. Back then they used ceramic piping which over time develops cracks and bellies which leads to back up in our sewer system (overflowing toilets and sewage coming into the showers). It was not a pleasant situation. We were told we would have to jackhammer the floors and cause complete destruction to our 2 showers. After multiple phone calls and research on my end, we got in touch with Sean at Superior Plumbing. He was the most professional, knowledgeable plumber with lots of experience. Using a camera, he looked down all the water lines and said, "I can put a liner into the ceramic pipes and that would resolve you issues ". Amazingly it did and it it only cost us less than 20% of the cost if we would have jackhammered everything. I will definitely be using Superior Plumbing as my plumber of choice. Sean kept me a breast of their daily work. If you want to use the most professional, honest, reasonably priced plumber, then give SUPERIOR PLUMBING a call.
