Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

Super Service left my house just over an hour ago after a two day total replacement of my two air conditioning/heating systems. A crew of four were here the first day starting just after 7:00 am and working until about 6:00 pm, and two man crew today to add an return duct, add 10” of insulation in my attic, and clean my ducts. I can not recommend Super Service more highly!!!! Angel and Mario and their crews (Edgar, Carlos, Deondre, and ……… (I can not think of his name 😬) were worked very well together. They interacted with each other in a way that indicated they enjoyed their work and each other. They were professional at all times, yet friendly and polite. They took the time to answer my many questions and educate me on how the new equipment works. I crawled up in the attic and Angel took the time to provided me an informative orientation. They all made sure every shred of insulation off the floor before they left. I could go on, but they treated me well, provided excellent workmanship, and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. Backing up a little, I had 6 total estimates and worked with Rainier from Super Services to select the right unit for our home and budget. Rainer is very personable which helped build confidence in his company, his product, and himself as a representative of his company. He had excellent follow-up skills but never pressured me. I can not think of one thing that I would ask to improve my satisfaction. If you are looking for a company that will treat you well from sales to installation, go with Super Service Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing. They are all good people.

Great service from start to finish. Easy free quote which was the best rate out of 3 I tried and they are Trane HVAC systems. Noel, Angel and Ranier were prompt and on time, very clean and did a professional install. Including straightening duct work for better flow. The system works amazing and now I don’t don’t have to stress about my old units breaking in the summer. The owner Don came by during the install as well to check up on the job. Very kind and easy to work with. Highly Recommend.

I called around and booked several appointments to get estimates for my HVAC issue. Kyrin from Super Service Cooling was my third and final stop—and here’s why: He actually listened to what I was trying to achieve. What I thought I needed (based on internet research and service terms) wasn’t even going to solve the problem. Kyrin took the time to inspect my system and found a simple, effective solution right away—something the two companies before him completely missed. The other two companies made me feel way out of pocket. Kyrin was honest, knowledgeable, and didn’t push anything unnecessary. Any future HVAC service I need, I’m going with Super Service Cooling because of Kyrin’s attention to detail, professionalism, and being real. Highly recommend!

We have the service contract with Super Service for plumbing and HVAC. Our AC went out on a Saturday around 10am and we called the number. They had a technician to our house within 3 hours. They were able to get the system up and running. Since the system was over 12 years old (maybe older), we have been considering buying a new system. We decided to buy a new system so they didn't charge us for the service call or the parts to get our older system up and running. They gave is a discount based on money spent with them through our contract. I can't recommend their service enough. Their technicians are very friendly and knowable.

Noel did the install for my new a/c unit on 5/25. He arrived on time, cleaned up area, completed install in a timely manner, answered ALL (🤔) my questions, very professional and customer friendly.
