I've been using them for over 15 years. They are very prompt in coming over. My water heater sprung a leak during a blizzard and they were over within 3 hours to replace the unit. The water heater @ my mom's house sprung a leak this fall. They were over within an hour with a pump to clean up the mess. Had a bathroom installed and entire job was done in less than a week (gutted and put in a few bath in a single bath home). Was able to use toilet every evening when they were done. (of course couldn't take a shower for 6 evenings) but they did a great job from walls, electric, fixtures, tile (some work was subcontracted).

They were sent to my home from my home warranty service. They arrived on time or concerned and courteous. They repaired my toilet without any problem. And gave me information about future repairs

Steve has always been EXTREMELY responsive. My friends that use him say the same. I've used 5 plumbers in 4 states over time. These guys are great. Also, I live in New Canaan...and he does not do the usual 'adjust prices higher bc the people have $' routine. 5 stars
