Derek Schwartz was very knowledgeable and took thorough time cleaning my condensers and checking out my furnaces. He showed me future problems that I might have and gonna give me an estimate on those parts and service work. Very nice gentleman and I enjoyed him being here at my property Checking things out for me.

Simply Unprofessional Company. This company’s crew showed blatant disregard for private property. While working a job across the street, they physically moved my full trash bins—which were properly placed for pickup—off the curb and into my driveway without permission, just so they could park their vehicles in the shade in front of my house, not the client’s. This was intrusive, disrespectful, and completely avoidable. When I confronted the employee unpacking the truck, he reluctantly moved his vehicle and dismissed the issue with, “It’s going to be hot today,” as if that justified tampering with someone else’s property. This behavior is unprofessional, entitled, and unacceptable. It reflects not only poor judgment but a disturbing lack of common sense. If a company can’t grasp basic boundaries and respect for neighbors, I would strongly caution against hiring them. You’re inviting liability and thoughtless behavior onto your property.

Austin was great! He was thorough and even showed us photos and video of what he inspected or worked on. He was not pushy with upgrades. Which we were sold on. The best part is that he wore a shoe cover up when he entered my house. That’s a great 👍 service. All was so good we are now a member!!!!! Thanks

I wanted to leave this review due to the outstanding service provided by our technician, Nate with Simply Air. During the summer months, we all suffer with the Las Vegas heat, but air conditioners keep us cool and they are an absolute necessity. When ours went out, Simply Air was able to send a Technician (Nate), the same day. He was kind, courteous and even arrived earlier than we were expecting. Then, he got our air conditioning working very quickly. They definitely saved the day. Thank you again Nate!
