I've used Silver State's HVAC services several times over the last 25 years. Not cheap, but very reasonable, always standing by their work and service. You will definitely get your money's worth. A/C was making strange noises and action odd from time to time. Technician NICO WALLACE was dispatched and did an awesome job finding the issues. He was courteous, professional, and very easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, and told me what options I had regarding services and repairs. Silver States HVAC department really has the most incredible techs. I never had a bad experience with their HVAC department. Would highly recommend.

Had an issue with a leak at sink/disposal connection. A tech came out same day to give an estimate. Kevin Debraal was friendly, courteous and gave me a couple of $$ options to fix it. This is 3rd time I’ve called Silver State since being in this house. They have taken care of me at a reasonable cost every time, they will be my first call if needed again in future.

I can't say enough good things about Silver State Plumbing! From the moment I called them about a major plumbing issue in my home, they were responsive, professional, and incredibly thorough. We knew that a portion of our cast iron pipe had collapsed and put off repair as long as we could, we contacted several plumbing companies that left us feeling hopeless with their 40-50K estimates for the work. Then we contacted Silver State and they provided us a quote that was at least 15K cheaper than any other we received. The team arrived promptly, assessed the situation with confidence, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. Not only did they fix the issue efficiently ( a complete replacement of all old cast iron pipes), but they also went above and beyond by checking the rest of the plumbing system to ensure there were no other hidden problems. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They treated our home with respect, cleaned up after themselves, and followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. The staff and my initial encounter with Silver State Plumbing was amazing. They made us feel valued and kept us informed of our appointment and the rep who would be servicing us in advance of the appointment time. Christopher Roberts' levied an assessment and quote for us and his knowledge was very impressive; his suggestions were on point; and his professionalism was awesome.
