Excellent job! Gio and Tanner came out to American Falls to help with our drain pipes through our home. Both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything that they found that needed to be fixed to resolve our issues. We received a call from Kevin with an estimate on the work needed to be done. Set up a date to get the work done. Everything is fixed and working now. Thank you Gio, Tanner, John, Cort and Kevin for your friendly, professional and knowledgeable assistance with this nightmare plumbing issues. Come on rooter pocatello.!! This sucks. I am so stunned that what happened to me. The father of my young kids 4 and 6 yr old just passed away. I unclogged the drain myself. I fixed the issue alone. You came when I was in the middle of cleaning up. I asked for a simple snake nothing fancy. $327!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me!

On the 9th July2025 Roto Rooter techs came and cleaned my kitchen sink and garbage disposal which were blocked up and not draining. I paid the $128 and today I was using the sink and it started backing up again. (See attached photos)It was still blocked after leaving it for 30minutes. I have been careful about the use of it, VERY disappointed in your service.

Roto Rooter has been my go-to for septic service, but, recently, I truly impressed with their response to my urgent needs when my drains became plugged and my septic backed up. They activated their team and had a truck at my driveway in less than an hour. They diligently worked despite the freezing temperatures causing challenges. Additionally, they sent another team of experts to clear my drains and replace my toilet seals. Despite the army of troops and equipment, the overall cost was reasonable and the peace of mind was invaluable. Overall, I'm impressed with their dispatch, teamwork, professionalism, and response times. I was at work, but my wife felt comfortable with the work being performed and the technicians explained everything well. Thank you.

Unfortunately we have had to use their services 3 times now, but each and every time I have been so impressed! They are always quick to come out, quick to finish the job, and very friendly!
