Jen was very helpful with answering my questions and getting me scheduled. Tyson was able to come out the same day and earlier than the expected time to fix my kitchen sink stoppage. Definitely recommend them for their knowledge, prompt and friendly service that gets the job done. Thank you, I can finally use my kitchen sink again.

I am a do-it-yourself person, so I am very critical of "hired work." I truly believe if you want something done right, do it yourself. The team at Sioux City Roto-Rooter proved my theory wrong. The team provided a septic system inspection for us. They were quick to respond, professional, kind, respectful, patient (I ask a lot of questions), and knowledgeable. I have not seen this level of professional service in many many years. This applies to the whole team from the office support to the professional techs who performed the work. They had to dig up my yard to do the inspection. They even took the time to carefully put the grass/sod aside and placed it beautifully on top of the site as not to leave any more dirt then they had to. I would recommend them a million times over.

Had a great experience. Cost was way below others in the Area. They came by and cleaned out our main drain of tree roots. When another area of the pipe will still having issues they came by the next day and fixed it at no extra cost. Zach did a fantastic job. Will use them again in the future.

We've used Rotorooter several times for drain cleaning and plow repairs. Our kitchen sink drains down under our basement floor. The pipe had a crack. They were very prompt. They had the cement jacked out, pipe replaced, and new cement done within 24 hrs. A year later some complications arose with the job. They came out the same day and by the next day everything was taken care and repaired. Technicians were professional, polite, and hard working. We will stay loyal to Rotorooter for our plumbing needs.

Eddie did an amazing job of clean the tree roots out of our mainline. We had to call for an emergency appointment with standing water in our laundry room. He arrived quickly and ran our line 3 times to make sure he got as much out as possible. I would definitely recommend Eddie!!!
