Drain Busters

I just had Drain busters come out to my home issues with my bathroom sink not working and basement washer hookup not working! I called spoke with Danny I specifically gave him all the details off the issues from both drains not working he gave me a price. The job was done the person sent to my home was awesome very professional and got the job done greatly appreciated, when it came time to pay he charged me 100.00 dollars more and a 5% charge to pay them with my credit card, when I asked if they accepted cards Danny said yes they did! That was all he never told me they would charge me to pay with my credit card. Please ask questions and get correct answers when using this company because once they are at your home they will charge you doble!! We’ve used the for years this is the last time our family with use Drain busters that’s for sure! I’m very disappointed with them.

Max Bedwell was the employee who serviced me, he was kind, easy to work with, and got the job done quickly!

I forgot the guys name but he did an excellent job. Customer service was 100%. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me. He was knowledgeable and hardworking. He even went above and beyond by cleaning up the mess that was there before hand. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Had a basement drain clog up on a Friday evening. It's understandable that everyone wants to get home to their families. Called Drain Busters expecting the same spiel. Find out that Skyler was finishing up on their last job but was willing to swing by! I know he wanted to get home, but his work ethic is outstanding! He came by, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour and guaranteed it for 30 days! That's called CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest!
