Mark was fantastic. Super on time, diagnosed everything in about 5-10 minutes BY ACTUALLY checking/testing, and had all the solutions ready to start. Fully free, no pressure consult/eval. I didn't feel in the dark at all by the time he asked if I wanted any work completed at cost. Very friendly, hyper professional, and I didn't have to call off for the whole morning. He gave me some useful advice as a homeowner when completed and cleaned up great (almost no water/mess). I'd use them again, no problem.

We had an excellent experience with Jacob from the Rooterguy! He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. He installed the natural gas line converter for our grill and did a fantastic job. Jacob clearly knew his stuff- he even corrected some wrong (and potentially dangerous) information we were given by another company that had also quoted us an astronomical price. Thanks to him, we’re all set and extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend Jacob and the Rooterguy!

Rooterguy saved the day!!! I called (literally) 20 other companies to install my under-mount kitchen sink and all of them said they couldn't. I was about to give up when, on a whim, I entered my info into Angie. Rooterguy called me immediately and said they could do it. I was still skeptical after already having two other companies say they could but then after coming out and looking, saying they couldn't. When Gary came out he said it would be a lot of work, but he could do it. He ordered the parts right away and installed it within the same week. I LOVE my new sink and am so thankful I found them. Everyone on the phone was so nice and professional. Gary was on time (early) and did immaculate work. THANK YOU!

Mark was awesome! Friendly and helpful, happy to answer our questions and give recommendations. Got the water pressure to my fridge up and my garbage disposal running again. Turns out no major fixes were needed but I had no way of knowing that beforehand and that’s why we call the ones with the knowledge. Always happy with these guys!

Mark was so great to work with! Came by the house within 30 minutes of us calling to replace a sump pump that had failed after some intense rainfall. He was able to quickly identify the issue, pick up the correct parts we wanted purchased for the replacement and get it all installed within 1.5 hours. Will definitely be recommending this business (and Mark) in the future (though hopefully we don’t run into more issues!)
