Reliable truly lived up to their name. Not only did they engineer and create a custom HVAC system for my event space, they also installed a new A/C system for my home. Their team was extremely courteous and professional. Their work was seamless. They left my property the way they found it. Extremely clean as I have OCD! What can I say, other than I’m in the remodeling business and there’s no one I would recommend for my HVAC needs other than Reliable! Jared and his team just great to work with !!

From calling to schedule the appointment all the way until the job was done everyone I spoke to was super kind, professional and helpful! I felt they are fairly priced and honest. They came out to fix our A/C the next day and also showed up on time which is a huge plus! Would definitely recommend Reliable to anyone, we will be using them again in the future!

I honestly don’t know where to begin! Corey was so informative and helpful when he met with me. He wasn’t pushy and was very patient about everything. They were able to get me schedule very quickly. Freddie and his partner came out and was very pleasant and worked swiftly. Omg did I mention the fact of the maintenance program too! Very happy with my purchase overall.

My installer was Blake Sullivan. When he arrived he went through what was scheduled to be installed, we walked through areas related to the installation, and he worked hard to get the job done. I went online and scheduled a free consultation on Tuesday night. Wednesday my sales rep Mr.Sofield called and fully accommodated my schedule. That afternoon Mr.Sofield came out. He was very direct and to the point about what was needed to accomplish my cooling and heating goals. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and warranty information. I bought a new HVAC system and also decided to get a package with a new Hot Water Heater because mine was over 12 years old and leaking. I got an AMAZING price for both! I got one other quote earlier that morning and the price difference was $6,000 from the OTHER company WITHOUT the hot water heater included! 🥴 Instalation was schedule for next day and work was completed! 2 guys on the HVAC and 2 guys on the hot water heater. All 4 Technicians where polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work.. Before they left they explained everything they did, how the equipment worked, were turn-offs are, the size of filters everything! They cleaned up all their mess! I wish I would have called sooner! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL MY TECHNICIANS AND MR.SOFIELD FOR TREATING ME WITH RESPECT AND MY HOME LIKE IT WAS THEIR OWN!
