Raps Plumbing & Heating

I bought my house in 2019, and I had my first plumbing issue this week. Not knowing who to call, I Googled Plumbers in Fairfield. Raps came up, and I remembered the commercial with the snapping, so I called them. It was a fantastic experience. Raps was ready to dispatch immediately, but my issue wasn't an emergency. I scheduled the work, and that's when it got better. The next day, Marc showed up at my house on time. He clearly diagnosed the issue, provided the quotes, and professionally completed the project. He was extremely clean, and everything worked perfectly. Raps and Marc will be my go-to for any future needs.

My HVAC tech Joe was on time, very knowledgeable and great to work with. We needed our AC unit serviced which was completed quickly with a full explanation of work done. I might add I called to book the appointment just several days ago and they came out today to do the job. Amazing in itself!!

We were in need of a bathroom faucet installed so we called Raps. Marc Mejnartowicz was dispatched and we could not say enough about his professionalism. Second time I have used Raps and have been very satisfied both times. Received a notice that Matthew was on the way. Matthew understood my problem, snaked the kitchen sink line thoroughly. Matthew was very neat, cleaned the area, checked the line in the basement as well. Would highly recommend.

Marc and his Apprentice did an extremely professional job replacing two outdoor water spigots. Overall, excellent customer service from my initial call to the conclusion of the project. My lawn is especially grateful! Highly recommend this company.
