Dakota and Mark did an AH-maxing job. After they finished the crawl space under my home looks completely different. Very professional and they worked HARD at least 5 hours. They both deserve a bonus. PV is amazing!! My AC went out after hours and PV was out the next morning! PV was recommended by a community group and I am so glad I called! Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and great work Jung was my tech and he was phenomenal! Have not had good luck with other companies but I was very pleased with PV! Highly recommend.

Technician was here within a few hours of my call. He quickly analyzed the issue, provided options and answered all my questions! The next day, a new water heater was installed and another issue I found with water pressure was addressed and fixed. Alex is efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using PV. PV has been wonderful. They came out right away as the heat in our house was 95 degrees and rising. Our tech was great, he was knowledgeable and explained with great detail. My AC unit fan stopped working in the middle of the afternoon and our house became unbearable (80+) immediately. PV was able to send Dakota on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to fix the unit while working in a full on thunderstorm. He was very diligent and informative in less than ideal circumstance while answering all my questions. Excellent service and will recommend to all my friends
