Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning

I had Omega hired through my home insurance company and it has been very difficult. They came to fix my ac and needed to come back the next day. I made an appointment for 2-6 window and no one ever showed. I gave them a call and couldn’t get a call back for two hours. I finally got an appointment for the Monday before of a holiday weekend from 10-2 and again, no one showed up. I’ve now been waiting for another two hours to get a call back and no one seems to care. I’m now having to call my insurance company to get a new company to come fix what was started. I’ve looked in the attic and the zone box was left open with wires exposed. This is truly the worst experience I’ve ever had and a waste of two work days missed.

Have long used Moncrief for heat and air at my home and business. They’ve now added plumbing to their service plans. Had a great experience today with Devin on the plumbing side, who found the cause of recent high water bills. Honestly if you are homeowner I think it’s worth the peace of mind to have this sort of thing on a regular plan with one number to call. Moncrief has fixed two minor AC issues this year alone.

Jermaine Gray was our tech today and a fantastic job! He was quick and efficient in completing the maintenance and answered our many questions and wound up putting an ultraviolet light purification system in our furnace. Very knowledgeable and personable and we appreciate that.

I highly recommend this company for its professionalism from scheduling appointments to receiving reminders the day of & technicians arriving on time & communicating. Everything was explained clearly to me so I could make good decisions on what to do w/ my system.

Moncrief was able to put me on the schedule on the weekend within 24 hours of my call. The technician (Jermaine) was knowledgeable and went beyond the diagnostic and repair by also walking me through the issue. Signed up for the service plan based on the experience.
