Not only did James show up ready to work, he was on time (which is a MUST given my hectic schedule, very professional. Prime Solutions turned my back porch into a sunroom. James is a professional. His crew was amazing. They are trustworthy. I felt comfortable letting them in the house when I was away. The price was right and he delivered on time. I did not know what to expect when we started the renovation. However, James guided us through the steps and explained everything along the way. James was professional, fair and overall extremely pleasent to work with. I needed old water stains removed from a ceiling and wall. James did an excellent job repairing our hot water heater. The unit went off late Friday afternoon. He was here first thing Saturday morning. Worked with the manufacturer to get the right parts. He had up and running 2 hours after parts were delivered.

James is an amazing handyman. He helped assess and resolve issues with our toilet when there was a leak. He’s very accommodating in scheduling your services, has an exceptionally kind demeanor and gives you all the information you need to make a good decision on many different types of problems around the home. He has also helped assess our A/C system and worked on the ducts to address a zoning issue with our A/C system. I would call him any day for any problem around the house.
