Very quick response time! Excellent customer service via phone and in person. Edgar came out on very short notice to give me a free estimate and was able to fix my sink plumbing during the same visit. Everything took less than 20 minutes from start to finish! Payment was also easy and quick through an online portal. Would definitely use Precision Plumbing again and would recommend to others!

They sent Alejandro out within an hour of my call and he was able to identify and fix the leak within a couple of hours. The price was fair and the service was unparalleled. I experienced a leak in my front yard and contacted the company around 7-8 PM. A technician was dispatched promptly. Melvin did an exceptional job; he was honest and clear, presenting me with options without any pressure. I contacted several plumbers and asked for a pressure test to be done on the sewer lines in my home. One plumber said he'd never heard of such a thing, and another said he didn't do the test. A friend recommended that I contact Frank with Precision Plumbing. He came out immediately and did an inspection. He then told me that he would get a quote sent to me, which included some worst-case scenarios and what those additional costs could be. I agreed to move forward, and he came the next morning to perform the test. Unfortunately, he was attacked by a swarm of wasps that had made a nest in a shrub near the sewer cleanouts where he was working. He was stung three times and had to leave. Even though this happened, he remained calm and helpful. He told me that as soon as I had the nest taken care of, he would return to complete the test. I had a pest control company come and immediately remove the nest. Frank came back the day after pest control handled the problem. Frank is a quality plumber with an amazing work ethic. He also happens to be a good guy with the attitude to match. His initial inspection was Monday and by Thursday I had a restoration company in my house tackling the issue. Frank made it all happen and took so much stress off my plate. I would recommend Frank in a heartbeat. He also had really good things to say about his employers at Precision Plumbing.
