I contacted Plumbing & Rooter Service on a Sunday evening because our kitchen sink was clogged and stuff was coming back up. They were able to come the next morning at 7am, right on time. Antonio and his worker were able to fix the oil clog in my kitchen drain after about 4 hours of snaking it. They diligently worked at it since the clog was pretty far down (we live in a condo building). He was also able to work with my building manager to make sure that they understood what the problem was. I can't recommend this plumbing service enough. Very happy with the result and how much the service costed.

Antonio was prompt in his response to get us help and Joseph was very thorough and professional when he repaired our shower faucet. We were so grateful for their prompt response and ability to fix our urgent situation. Would definitely use and recommend in the future.

Antonio and his team helped me repair a disintegrated drain pipe from the bathroom sink. The pipe had corroded through, and the bathroom sink was unusable. From the get-go, Antonio was responsive and incredibly professional. He quickly scheduled time for the consultation, answered all of my questions, gave a competitive estimate, and quickly followed up. He also scoped potential issues that he may run into with the fix so I would be aware and could plan it out. When he began work, he made sure to consult with me before expanding any scope of work, and he and his team were very respectful and professional while I was working from home on meetings that day. Jose and William did an excellent job from start to finish. First, when they came to look at what the job would be and give me a quote, they were extremely thorough. Jose was able to understand the exisiting gas pipe situation, even pointed out that there was a line that ran to my heater, something I did not consider. He laid out exactly what he was going to do for the installation and talked through all the options and variables. Also, the quote was excellent for the job! I was able to schedule them a few weeks later. Jose and William arrived with all the parts needed. Of course, with any installation job, there was a small problem (that of drilling through the masonry of the fireplace, something that no one would have known). However, Jose was able to figure out how to get past the problem and finish the job perfectly. We know have an amazing gas fireplace setup, thanks to Jose, William and Antonio.
