He arrived promptly—within just 7 minutes—and got right to work. With my background in the trades, I can usually tell when a technician is trying to upsell or take advantage, but Kim was completely honest, transparent, and upfront about everything, especially when it came to costs. What really stood out was his open-minded approach—he was willing to try every possible solution to help resolve the issue efficiently, without pushing unnecessary services. His professionalism and experience made it easy to work together and problem-solve effectively. I can’t say enough good things about Terrence! We had an emergency with two toilets and he showed up right away. He was professional, kind, and worked tirelessly for hours until everything was fixed. He clearly knows his stuff and even saved me a lot of money with his expertise. We had to have our sewer line replaced (the house is 80+ years old and we had cast iron and terracotta pipes that had roots growing into them). Spencer Sarjeant and his team from Plumb Works did a great job for us. They showed up on time, clearly communicated with us from start to finish, and were professional. Alex called before arrival, arrived on time, performed the requested job (water shut off valve in the tank of the toilet) and even performed an additional job (replaced chrome lift in bathtub) in a very professional manner.
