Pleasant Air Heating & Cooling

We had our heater shut down this morning. We were worried since we have some very cold weather coming. We called the business right before noon and they made it out within 30 minutes! Jonathon was very pleasant and found the issue right away. He got the part and fixed within a short time. He also said he could fix the rattle that we’ve had since the previous service for a nominal cost. In fixing this issue it ended up being much harder than expected. He called in some coworkers to help and still honored the estimate he gave. Jonathon gave excellent service. Would definitely have them out again.

Called for service said they would be able to send a tech that evening or the next morning. We got no tech, no phone call, nothing I guess they don't need customers. Why bother answering the phone or listing your numberas a HVAC service? It doesn't make sense.

Furnace stopped working and hot water heater had an issue. Had Groggs come out a few weeks ago. They told me that there was no hope and tried to hard sale me into a new furnace for almost 16,000. Nope Called Pleasant Air on a recommendation from a neighbor. $100 later and both are fixed and working wonderfully. I couldn't be happier! Great attitude, good work... Pleasant Air for the win!!!

They are the best! I had groggs install a new furnace in February and had it service by them 5 times between February and November they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my furnace and told me it’s bad gas had dominion hope come out and tell them it wasn’t bad gas groggs came back out a few days later and basically told me tough luck we can’t fix it and we arent replacing it or giving you your money back we have bad gas. I called Pleasants heating and cooling to see if they could help me figure out the problem within a couple hours a tech was at my house and within five minutes he figured out the problem and fixed it the very next morning!! There customer service is amazing and after two weeks of no furnace we finally have a working furnace!!! They were great and actually do whatever they can to help you out and aren’t just in it for the money!!!!! I’ll never use another hvac place other than pleasants heating and cooling again!

Had a HVAC system in a house that I just purchased. This System was quite old. I sent Pleasant air an email asking for a ballpark figure on replacing the outside unit. I then scheduled an appointment to be sometime Thursday. Thursday morning came around, and shortly after 8 I get a call from their tech. He wants to meet at 9. Frank, my technician, shows up on time and gets right to work. I was expecting to get a sales pitch to replace the 35 year old furnace unit or a different one to replace the outside unit. I get neither of those. Instead I get Frank to service and clean my units. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. The entire service took about 2 hours and involved a good cleaning and replacing some parts on my furnace. He also added some coolant and cleaned my outside unit. All of this was a little more then $200, which is a good price for the level of service. I am very glad that Pleasant air sent me a technician instead of a salesman. TL;DR Great level of service without any shady sales tactics. 10/10 would have my furnace serviced again by them.
