I had an emergency plumbing issue at my home in Brooklyn, NY. A friend referred me to Petri plumbing. The receptionist was courteous and understanding. He gave me an appointment immediately. The plumber that came out Junior was the nicest, even-tempered person I have met in a long time. He evaluated the problem, provided a solution, and he was very considerate of my home. I called for servicing on my Haier ductless system due to a clogged condensation line, and it was cleared and cleaned quickly and carefully. Steve Berger was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful—he even wore foot booties when entering my home, which I greatly appreciated. He also provided a thorough list of fall and spring maintenance options for all five of my ductless systems and my heater. The cost was very reasonable, and the service is truly a must for keeping equipment in excellent working order.

Will, Sean and Faizon came out and executed their work perfectly and walked me through the whole process. Very professional, friendly and courteous and they left my house spotless and helped with everything I needed. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use Petri Plumbing. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were well worth it.

At the beginning of the heat wave a split unit stopped working in a rental unit. I called two separate recommended plumbers, neither were responsive. I remembered that a neighbor had used Petri and called them. They arrived the next day, evaluated the situation (the duplex rental unit had a total of 3 split units) and we together determined it would be more efficient to replace the entire system which was already 12 years old. Within two weeks they completed the work at a reasonable cost. The technicians (5 workers over two 10-hour days) wore booties and were very sensitive to the tenants and their belongings/pets. I was so impressed with Petri that I have taken out an annual total care maintenance plan.

Worked with Butcher for a water test on our roof. He was great! Very informative and proactive and walked me through all the work that needed to be done. Would highly recommend!
