Amazing, quality service. I've been dealing with a faulty AC system for the past 2 weeks, and they came by and ran all the diagnostics and installed a new, WORKING, AC. All of their technicians are pet friendly, which was very nice since I have a very friendly black cat. She even shook their hands :) I had the pleasure of getting David, Steven, Michael, Daniel, Justin, Zaiduan, and more throughout the week. They are extremely professional, and I will not hesitate in the future to return to Petri for a job done extremely well!

Petri Plumbing is a great service for your heating and cooling needs. I needed to replace an old manual thermostat with a new digital Amazon Alexa thermostat. They are very responsive and flexible. Their technician that they sent out (shout out to Steven Berger) was very professional and did a great job explaining what he was doing and how to maintain. They came right on time and finished the service in about an hour and the job was very well done. I’ll do some light patch work to clean up the wall given the old thermostat was big and bulky but I Will certainly use them again in the future!

I am so happy that I found this company. My AC unit in the bedrooms stopped working the end of June. My original installer still hasn’t called me. While I was waiting I went online to research Daikin AC authorized and certified companies. Petri was the first one that agreed to come to my house which is only a 20 min drive. Others declined. I called them on Thursday before the July 4 weekend. First available appointment was Tuesday. They were here earlier than the time and diagnosed the problem. The sales rep was here the next day to explain my contract for the work that had to be done. I even added another unit. Daniel returned the next day with 2 portable units to help us out until they could do the work. They came back 2 weeks later and within 3 days the new compressor and units, including the new one for which they had to run lines, were installed. I had the “dream team”, Fred, Ryan and Arlin. They are dolls! They are professional and experts in what they do.

Petri has handled a handful of our plumbing needs over the years - and most recently a new shower system, kitchen faucet and hot water heater. Their work product is superb! Every technician is very knowledgeable and very professional! And there is great follow up to make sure everything turned out okay. If anything needs a tweak or touch up - they prioritize it. Thank you to Butcher, Sean and Steven for helping us out. Yall are awesome.

I contacted Petri Plumbing to repair a leaking bathroom faucet and explained that the hot water handle needed a new cartridge. I already had the replacement cartridge from the manufacturer and only needed it installed. I was informed there would be an $89 fee for a plumber to come out and provide a quote, which would be waived if I accepted the service. Although I asked for a rough estimate over the phone, none was provided. The plumber arrived, consulted with a manager, and quoted $519.82 to remove the old cartridge and install the new one. Considering the straightforwardness of the task, I was shocked by the quote. When I questioned the cost, I was told I was paying for the company’s “expertise.” I declined the service and completed the repair myself.
