I would 100% recommend Pando Plumbing! I was nervous about how my autistic son would react to all the noise and having strangers in the house, but the technicians, Austin and Kyle were so considerate and kind to him. They would let him know when they were going to be doing particularly loud parts of the job and invited him to see what they were doing and ask questions. I also appreciated their down to earth attitude and clear explanations of what they were doing and why. In the past I've worked with plumbers who made me feel condescended to if I asked questions or just seemed like they were in a rush and needed to get the next job asap. I will definitely be using Pando Plumbing again in the future.

We have used Pando for several plumbing issues at our house. They repaired a broken seal on our toilet, a clogged drain that was causing our downstairs sink to flood, and identified a major leak in our main sewage stack. Pando responded quickly and professionally on each occasion and provided very fair pricing. Jeff, Miller, and Austin were all great to work with. I will definitely be using them as our go to plumbers when I’m in pinch going forward.

The plumbers arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional. They assessed the problem, explained the repair to me and made sure I understood the problem and solution so that I could make an informed decision to proceed with the work. I did have them make the repair. The leak is no longer happening and my shower looks great. I liked the way they prepared the area in the bathroom to minimize getting the room dirty and the way they completely cleaned up when the repair was complete. I will definitely use this company again.
