I recently had Jordan and Dimitri from NJ Pipe Doctors install a Combi unit, water softener, and reverse osmosis system at my home, and I’m beyond impressed. Hands down the BEST!! I truly can’t thank everyone at NJ Pipe Doctor enough. Storm surge blew my AC system while I have it being occupied by renters… My worst nightmare coming to life, until I spoke with Mike at NJ Pipe Doctor. Mike helped get Tom to the house within hours of my call & kept me informed the whole time. Mike, Ed & Tom were exceptional! Honest, knowledgeable & extremely patient explaining everything to me while I’m away. It makes all the difference when you have people like this who you can truly trust & rely on. This review is for work done for my daughter, Stephanie that I had to be totally in charge of. From the initial contact with Dr. Drip Plumbing and Heating, the experience was great. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and the technician; Bruce arrived earlier than scheduled. Bruce was very polite and professional. The plumbing issue was addressed, all questions were answered, and the area was cleaned afterward. Excellent service overall! Would definitely recommend to use this company.
