Sean and his apprentice Eric were fantastic! We called for an emergency service and they showed up right away. Friendly and honest with the work required. Very happy to have hired them, price was fair and I felt respected as a customer. Additionally, it was nice seeing Sean mentor his apprentice to set him up for success with Mr. Rooter. In a desperate attempt to fix my sump pump situation, I googled "plumbers" and started at the top of the list and kept dialing businesses, hoping to find some help. Mr Rooter got back to me immediately and scheduled someone to come out the next day. I had several other businesses that ghosted or wanted to schedule out into June. Charlie was very helpful in identifying what the issue seemed to be and what the best solution was for my situation. I would definitely use them again, just based on the quick turnaround without labeling it as an "emergency" and charging me that way.

They were quick to get someone out even after calling late in the afternoon when they were booked for the day. We ended up being one of the first ones the next day and the team was thorough and clean. They even identified the actual problem and informed us that would have to be taken care of eventually. We will use them again for any major plumbing issues.

Biggest clogged garbage disposal into dishwasher and every pipe in cellar. Unbelievably hard, messy job. John was there for hours and did a fabulous job including clean up. So totally impressed. Have myself a wonderful new plumber. Thank you Mr. Rooter plumbing. You have one awesome employee .

I was able to make a timely appointment and received notification when the crew was on their way. The Mr. Rooter crew were professional, polite and respectful of my property. The listen to my explanation of the situation, discussed several options, then got right to work when we agreed on a course of action. They explained their findings in layman’s terms so we could quickly come to agreement on the remedy. The solution they recommended fix the situation not only in the short term but also in the long term. I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to other homeowners who have a similar situation.
