We just went through a slab leak here in town, and talked to a number of plumbing companies. Moore was the only one that showed up with the overhead view of the process. Most plumbers wouldn't set foot in the house for less than $1500 just to find the leak, but Moore had a 3rd party in for less than half of that to ID the leak, and then what to expect from all of the other moving parts (Insurance, concrete, yard work, the whole picture). Other companies really didn't talk about anything other than fixing the leak, and just what we could expect to pay them. Chris's crew has fixed an untold amount of slab leaks in Jonesboro, and I'm glad we landed them for the job. Professional work, well priced, and while we don't want to ever have to deal with a slab leak again, if we did, we'd know what it looks like and we'd also just give Moore a call.
