Max Plumbing replaced/repaired my main water line from the meterbox to the main shut off valve, approx 75 feet of 1 1/4" Zurn Pex pipe was installed with all appropriate fittings. Jason Portillo Journeyman Plumber arrived on time with two apprentices and began excavation for the new line. It took 2 days to complete the large job due to the hard ground and obstacles, but all work was performed in compliance with current standards and plumbing codes. Jason was very professional the entire time, extremely knowledgeable and very meticulous in his performance. All work stated in the estimate was completed in a timely fashion, the crew was on time each day and remained friendly and personable throughout the day. Jason kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions and very accomodating with requests..he had no qualms adding items to the current job at cost. After all work was completed they insured the area was restored to original better than conditions ...Jason stayed in contact with me and kept me informed of the Sub Contractor's schedule and notified me when they would return to complete the asphalt replacement. Max Plumbing has been a joy to work with from the start ( shoutout to HomeAdvisors for referring me to them), from the office staff (Madeline and Amber) to Jason Portillo and his two apprentices. Its hard to find a company with such good customer service skills I would not hesitate contacting them in the future for any other plumbing needs. When I found a small leak on the PVB assembly installed I contacted Max Plumbing who scheduled a service call within 24 hours and Jason showed up early and completed repairs without issue. I am very happy I chose Max Plumbing to perform this large job and will contact them again for any other plumbing needs that may arise. They were efficient, fair and resonable ... call for an estimate you will be surprised. This company deserves 10 stars******

Was scheduled for toilet installation through Home Depot. Installers boss said they would charge $145 for a water line that did not need to be replaced per their company policy. I refused the added service. Max plumbing told installer not to put in new toilet. Installer was very nice, very professional. He unloaded my toilet from his truck for me. I iwas able to install toilet myself from YouTube videos. Filed complaint with Home Depot and was refunded prepaid installation fee.

We purchased a sink from Home Depot and they assigned us Max Plumbing for the installation. The plumber was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. We would use this service again! Thank you.

We are doing a kitchen remodel through Homedepot and this was the company that they sent to disconnect the faucet and garbage disposal then hook it back up again. We had a little hiccup where we were without water one day more than we should have been but they resolved the issue the next day. The plumber was very nice and professional. I would use them for future plumbing needs.

Danny came to install toilet purchased through Home depot. Did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
