I contacted this company on a Saturday as I had an emergency to fix 2 clogged toilets (the only 2 in my apartment). Once on site, they quoted me $600 to get the job done. Since it was already mid afternoon I accepted the price, aware that they were price gouging as I was desperate. The main issue I have is that I asked them for a detailed invoice so I can submit to my landlord (I am a tenant) to get some relief. The invoice they sent was generic and did not detail the actual work done. My landlord is asking for a more detailed invoice before agreeing to any relief. I called the company multiple times, initially they said they would send it the next day, which never happened. They are now ghosting me, and if I speak to someone live they just hang up. Awful company to deal with.
