I can’t thank the Lockmer team enough for saving my home this winter. My HVAC quit with -30 degrees on the horizon, and the office staff were very attentive with the situation. I spoke with the manager, Dick, who tried to help me diagnose the problem over the phone. When that didn’t work, they sent a technician (Guy) straight away who was very knowledgeable with my brand of furnace. Guy was able to determine my circuit board had fried, and even though they didn’t stock the part, Dick worked diligently after closing to try and source one for me. They also referred me to a few local warehouses, and luckily one of them had it! I was able to get the furnace working less than 12 hours before I had to leave town, with a week of sub-zero temps approaching. I can’t thank the Lockmer team enough, and they’ve earned a new Butte customer for life!

We had a great experience using Lockmer, but this review starts when we first closed on our new house. We noticed a gas leak on a Sunday and left countless messages for Monday morning with various plumbers in town. Lockmer was the only one to return my call. While we ended up addressing the issue ourself, I appreciated the call back. That’s why when we turned on our outside hoses for the year and discovered a leak, Lockmer was our first call. They got us in the next day, showed up on time, and had the problem addressed quickly. The plumber (I believe his name was Sean) was professional, honest, and efficient. We would recommend Lockmer and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Lockmer plumbing has completed several complex projects at our house: They installed a new water heater, new boiler for our heating system, and made upgrades to our heating system controls so each floor has its own controls. They repaired our sewer line first in a crawl space (about 5 ft height) and then in our partial basement. They also installed a natural gas heater in my garage and installed a pressure reduction unit on our main water line to the house. They installed a walk-in bathtub that included using a third-party contractor to remove door frames to get the tub into the house, and electricians to route more power to the tub area. They arranged and coordinated all this work nicely. They provided estimates of the cost in many cases before the work was done, and usually are spot on except for maybe an unanticipated part that was needed. All the work was done professionally and in a reasonable time frame. Their staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable. We are highly satisfied customers!

I've used Lockmer Plumbing multiple times for minor emergencies. When you have a 1 bathroom home, you can't be out of commission! Thanks for coming to the rescue

2 stars because the lady on the phone killed me with this one. 'We don't fix leaks if we can't see the pipe. How do you KNOW it's leaking if you can't SEE the pipe!!' Well, I'm going to blame my public school education on this one if I'm wrong, BUT MY BASEMENT IS FULL OF WATER. 👌
