Sergio showed up on time, he was polite and professional. The plastic ring on my upstairs toilet let go. This caused a downstairs ceiling leak. Sergio took the time to explain what he was seeing and was transparent in what he could find when he cut into the ceiling that could change pricing. After the job was complete he gave me a walk through and explained all of his work and even re-caulked the toilet. Attention to detail, completed all of their work, and did a little more to stop another leak from happening in the future. I don’t feel like I had my toilet repaired, I feel like I had my home upgraded.

Sergio and Carlos were prompt and gave me reasonable quotes for options on installing a toilet flange, wax ring and new toilet. They were super kind, very professional, made sure to anchor the toilet firmly, and cleaned everything up very well. They explained all of the work.
