K-Jon came and pumped my mechanical sewer and did a good job. Very friendly and competent. I discovered a leaking Aerator line and the rest of the story isn't good.

Very thankfully to this company fixing our problem fast..got to say they even went out of there way to deal with my home warranty company so I could get reimbursement. This is the company to go to if you want no hassle!

Very quick response time and got my septic tank pump replaced same day- within hours! Very reasonable pricing and Shannon and Elliott were very kind and professional! Will definitely use again if needed in the future! Thank you all!

I called KJon after getting nowhere with plumbers. The secretary answered all my questions and put me on the books for the next day. Mr Ange and his crew showed up and I explained what was happening. After just a few minutes they found problem and fixed it in a snap. But also noticed another problem I had in yard that I hadn't noticed. He told me what it needed and he would send out a different crew the next day to fix that problem. As promised they showed up, with Mr Ange, early and got to work quickly. Kudos to the man on the backhoe. He was so accurate with everything he did. After job was finished they loaded up and left. Mr Ange stayed behind a few minutes and explained more of what they did, signs to look for, etc. Wonderful man! He even called me twice at different times to check on pump and infiltrator and were there any issues. Everything is working great 👍 Thank you so much KJon for your service, work and followup. I highly recommend 👌

Answered phone quickly, fast service response time, came out when they said they would, and called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. The price felt a little high, but they fixed the issue so that's fantastic, and maybe I'm just cheap! (Haha) I wish they would have called and communicated what the problem ended up being directly with me as the paying customer, instead of renter, but the guys in the field would not have known that the people at the house were not the people who ordered the service so you cant hold that against them. All in all, extremely pleased and will use again!
