We found JB Rooter and Plumbing through the Better Business Bureau. He's rated A+ and with good reason! Jerry immediately assessed the problem. We sent him a photo of our broken exterior pipe and he assured us that it was a speedy fix. He told us he'd be able to come by in a few hours, gave us a window, and said he'd text 30 minutes before arriving. Sure enough, Jerry gave notice and showed up exactly when he said he would. Jerry is truly a pro. He is knowledgeable and super helpful. I called him on a Sunday. He came on time as scheduled for my clogged drains. The problem was clogged sewer line as he suspected when I called and it was cleaned up very quickly. I will definitely call him again when I have plumbing issue. I highly recommend him.
