Hotter Water Plumbing & Leak Detection

I had a fantastic experience with Hotter Water when they installed my new hot water heater. Jacob and Nolan were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way, and I truly appreciated their transparency throughout the process. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. Jacob even spoke with my warranty company which helped me get some financial contribution towards the replacement. Everything was installed perfectly, and they took the time to walk me through the new install upon completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. We had a bad leak in our water heater and called Hotter Water. We spoke with Jacob and explained our problem of which he stated, send me photos of the tank, water supply lines and gas line to the tank. Jacob provided us a quote in which we told him that we were good with it. It was a very reasonable price. Jacob said he would be at our house between 3 and 5. Jacob and Nolon showed up at 2:50 and commenced to work. Jacob explained everything they were doing, and since our old tank was 21 years old, we were not up to code, and he explained all that was needed. I highly recommend Jacob and Hotter Water. I was really impressed with not only them arriving early, but also their knowledge.

Beautiful new water heater! Our water heater was almost 20 years old and went out on us last night. We have 4 kids and NEED hot water! Jacob from Hotter Water came to see what was wrong right away and then was able to replace our system same day! He gave us a great price and worked quickly and quietly with his assistant. My 2 little babies were able to sleep while they worked. I personally recommend Hotter Water to anyone and everyone!!! Picture below is our new and improved water heater!

This has to be one of the best company’s that I have ever came across Jacob is the best . He gave my wife and I several different opinions with purchasing a new water heater which was a plus. Jacob was great from the beginning of the process to the end . Customer service is outstanding and Jacob did an excellent job . Mr. Irvin fixed my main line water leak today! He was very thorough in explaining the process of how the leak would be fixed. His work was extremely clean and neat. Mr. Irvin had to dig in my yard and once the job was completed I could not tell where the digging began or ended. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great plumbing work. Mr. Irvin is very knowledgeable and not after a quick pay day!
