I had Keith from Cook Plumbing come to my house, in Johnston, in February and had him install four new faucets and six new shut-off valves. He saved me quite a bit of money, compared to another company, and was very professional and helpful. Since he did a great job, I had Keith come to my daughter's house in Ankeny today to fix the hot water in the kitchen sink that hadn't work for years and no running water in a shower, in a basement, that hadn't worked for 4 years. Fixed both quickly and made some recommendations to save us some money. Saved us thousands from another companies quote from a few years ago. Wonderful company and highly recommend.

Cook Plumbing is the BEST! They are very responsive when called and do amazing work! I want to give a shout out to Manuel Acevedo the technician that came to our home this week! He was very polite, professional, and a delight to have in our home! Also a big shout out to Jeremy Leonard, who is a key player in this company. You always know what your getting when you hire this company! They are upfront with what the cost will be and give you an invoice that shows the breakdown between materials and labor after the job is done.

I was in urgent need of service. I got ahold of Jeremy and he assured me I would see someone as soon as possible. Manny was out the very next day to solve all of my issues. Great company to work with. Communication is their strong suit
