James was so nice! The pilot light went out on our water heater and instead of him coming out and charging me, he walked me through how to reset it. Thank you so much! I will definitely be contacting him the next time we need to service our water heater!

we had a 15 year old water heater. James installed a new unit for us for a fair price and did a great job. I asked if he would also give us a quote for a water softener. He said yes, and that he'd be happy to install one if we'd like but that we should test the water first. He tested the water, and told me our water wasn't hard enough for him to recommend a softener.
