So happy we reached out to Focus plumbing. Brandon kindly introduced himself, asked me what the issues I was having with my tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to diagnose the issue. Professional, thorough, but quick. He was honest and genuine, and gave me a breakdown of cost which was transparent. I did not feel pushed to make a decision and even asked for his recommendation. I was able to trust him and do what needed to be done for the longevity of tank. I asked if I could tip him and he gently declined. Great workers are hard to come by , as I am a previous GM of an establishment. Brandon definitely deserves recognition for his customer service and skill set.

Brandon did a great job first diagnosing and then resolving a number of issues with my tankless water heater and associated plumbing. He is knowledgeable and thorough and takes the time to do things right. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Over the last 8 years, I feel that this company has certainly improved the quality of service— every year the quality of technician & scheduling is getting better (Gustavo is very good). If you have Rinnai tankless water heater system or want to install one in your house, I highly recommend calling this company.

Carlos Q., a tech with Focus, arrived promptly as scheduled. After hear my concerns, he went through several options to resolve those concerns. He explained in detail the pros/cons of each option entailed and gave the cost for each. At no time did I ever feel pressured into choosing a specific service. I could tell that he took pride in his work and was very knowledgeable in his field. I would definitely recommend Carlos for your plumbing needs. Replaced failing water heater and failed expansion tank.

Gustavo did a fantastic job when he came out to fix the leak in my water tank. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about his job but was super polite and answered all the questions I had. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was personable and extremely trustworthy. I would recommend him for any plumbing job! 10 out of 10 extremely satisfied with my experience.
