Excellent customer service from the first call to job completion. Met with Johnny and Dave for the estimate. Gave me a fair price with Veterans discount and an additional discount for having dogs. Klayson was the lead tech who did the installation. Excellent service and communication. I will recommend to my friends.

Beware of Fetch A Tech. I had a clogged kitchen sink and called them to have my sink snaked and drained. They came out snaked it and shoved a camera down the drain and “showed me” all kinds of problems in my drain and stated that I MUST have my drain hydro-jetted now or it will clog up again within a week. The tech, Andrew, gave me 3 options of hydro-jetting, saying there was no other option than getting it done immediately. He gave me the prices for these 3 options ranging from $2000 to over $4000. I freaked out because I was short on cash at the time. I was crying. He didn’t care. He kept convincing me I NEEDED to get it done, no other option. So in panic, thinking I had no other option, trying to figure out how I’m going to pay for this, I ended up choosing the cheapest option which was to hydro-jet the kitchen sink line. Trust me, he made it look like I was getting a great deal by offering discounts. Anyway, Andrew scheduled the service at 2pm, about 2 hours after he left. I tried to settle down after the price shock. Recalling a previous scam-like tactic Goettl tried to play on me a couple years back saying I needed a service that I ACTUALLY didn’t need. I started calling other plumbing companies, asked them about there prices and told them what happened with Fetch A Tech. While calling these other companies, the Fetch A Tech hydro-jetting team shows up at my door before my appointment time, before 1pm when it was scheduled for 2pm. I opened my front door with a fury and told them to stop what they were doing and to leave my house immediately. So anyways, after speaking to other companies, they said that I probably don’t need hydro-jetting if they were able to snake the line. Secondly, the price these other companies charge for the same service as Fetch A Tech was $1,500 LESS!!! Fetch A Tech is a commission based company that convinces panicked customers to purchase services they don’t actually need. They should be ashamed of themselves! BUYER BEWARE!! PS: My sink is draining perfectly fine without needing to hydro-jet it!

We had both a technician and a plumber come out for an urgent same day call and the service was amazing both times. Sebastian clearly explained the repair process and provided a detailed estimate, which we really appreciated. He was thorough and super efficient. Definitely recommend this company for any plumbing issues (bonus points for getting pet discount)

The service was excellent the technicians were very professional. My service was completed the same day. Very considerate. He took his shoes off before coming in. I told him he did not have to. But that was a professional. I love my new faucets and toilets and they fixed my regulator. My water was barely coming out on the first floor took for ever to fill a pitcher or a bucket . The toilets would not stop running . My water bill was just going up and up. I am glad I found their number . Great service and nice people.
