Drain Services was hands down 10 stars!!!!⭐ We had sewer backup,twice in our basement within 30 days.The city claimed the first one was not their fault.But called it a "strange situation". Ours and a neighbor had to redo the entire finished basements.Thirty days later,it flooded again.Thank goodness it didn't reach the new sheet rock.Kevin came out (on another Sunday).Went through our pipe to the city,it was clear.Camera was still under water at cities main.Kevin went outside pulled 7 man hole covers and all of them were full of waste.City was called and the vacuum truck came out.City took full responsibility for the 2nd one.Said it was a piece of PVC pipe that caused the blockage.The city has since paid for our damages.If it wasn't for Drain Service we would have not known this. Kevin's business is awesome!!!!

DSI traveled to the Twin Cities to reline our old, cracking, root infested sewer line. Kevin and his team were very professional, cared about keeping our home clean while bringing in and using equipment, and seamlessly installed 75 feet of resin liner for us. Now we have peace of mind for the next 50 years!

I highly recommend Drain Services! Kevin came out on a Saturday to look at the issue and started working right away on a Sunday to get it done as quick as they could. They were quick, efficient, polite and explained everything in terms a normal person can understand. Kevin and his crew were very knowledgeable!!
