Very professional both office personnel and technicians. On time and friendly technicians. Both gentlemen were thorough and explained everything in detail prior to fixing the problem. I called them at 1 PM and they had a technician at my door by 2 PM. My toilets weren’t flushing and were backing up into both showers. The tech arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and cleared it fast. Great service!

They did a great job on my kitchen drain. I paid them $550 for it. Now a month later they had to return to blow out a chunk of grease that got in the main drain line from the prior cleaning. They charged me another $550 for 15 minutes work to dislodge the grease that they put there in the first place. So much for integrity and their so called warranty. I’m super pissed.

These guys penny pinch. If they come out and are unsuccessful you will still be charged. If they can’t get it with a snake you will be charged $300 for snaking ontop of &700 for hydrojetting. I’ve hired many companies and never heard some bs like this. Find one that won’t penny pinch.
