Diamond Plumbing

My experience with diamond plumbing is beyond words can explain I been working with this company since 2020, they’ve done all my plumbing work in my house… Recently did my 2 bathroom’s with them also, which is 5 * and plus very professional, very clean and considerate. Highly recommended this company more than words can explain.

Hi I'm so glad I hired Diamond for my plumbing work . First of all Chris the young man was very polite and I was impressed with him, secondly the two guys Rey, and Herman were very nice and respectful men . Also they were very professional and knew their job. The cutting of the tile and concrete was done very neatly and they cleaned up very good. I would give them a 5 star 👏👏👏👏 I would highly recommend someone looking to hire a good company

I had a job a bit unusual that need to be done. A basement (bomb shelter) connected to the house, in Miami. Not many of those. I needed a sump pump installed in a tight space. Chris came and gave me an estimate ( very courteous) and on time. They were able to start the job within a week. Tomas did the installation, once again on time (actually early). Done in a day and a half and left the area neat and clean. He then made sure to explain and test the unit for. I am above satisfied. Thank you Diamond.

Had Tony from their team recently come out and was really happy that I did. He was very honest and showed me that the extent of the issue I initially called for, where I was the impression that I would have to make replacements that would be more costly, was not needed for what I was trying to fix. I received quotes for two other companies prior who I showed the same issue and they never mentioned how simple the fix for my problem, instead quoting me jobs that cost over what I had originally had in mind for budget, telling me that aside from what I was requesting other work was needed before trying to pressure me to get the work done the same day. In the end I'm really happy that I had someone from Diamond Plumbing come out since they didn't come out with the mind set of 'how much can they get out of me' but one of 'how can they help me'.

My bathroom sink was clogged and I went to Thumbtack for a reputable company with good reviews. Diamond Plumbing reached out to me the same day. Scheduled a free consultation with a possible hire. Nicholas "Nick" came out, assesd the situation, gave me a price which I was able to negotiate due to me being on a budget. Chris the owner worked with on the offered price. Nick work on the clog for an hour or so. He was very professional, pleasant, deligent and thorough while working on the sink and made sure to cleane up after himself. He did a great job!!! I highly recommend DP so far and would most likely hire them again.
