Asked for a camera inspection of the pipeline from the septic tank to the streets, the technician found out they weren’t able to do it which I understand. But they charged me $369 for a moving a 5 inch copper pipe forward 2 inches which I was able to do myself and said it fixed the clog. There wasn’t a clog to begin with because we don’t even throw toilet paper down the toilet. And this was the pipe connected to my house not the streets and I did not ask it to be fixed because I knew I was able to do it myself. The customer service people were so rude as well. Sure I might be taking a little longer because I have to translate to my family but that doesn’t mean you can discriminate by hanging up on me.

I often dread having to make a phone call to organize services etc. This was not the case with Clear Choice Drain Solutions. Everything was easy! It was a pleasure speaking to Janette over the phone and text. I had same day service to have a garbage disposal inspected. Reynaldo showed up promptly and was very professional and honest. We had good conversation while he worked and he was also very good with my young kids. He managed to get our sink to drain but recommended a new disposal due to its age. Janette arranged for the replacement once we decided to go ahead. Our technician, Octavio arrived right on time as the job was squeezed in on a busy week. Again, very professional and a pleasure conversing with. He provided a small flash light to my 4yr old boy who was so happy to help out as his apprentice. He completed the job with ease and even gave my son a couple of toys in appreciation for his help. Day made! Thanks for amazing service and making everything easy!

These guys were great. It was a big job, a sewer re-sleeving. They came out twice to make sure they understood what the job entailed and could give me a accurate quote. They were knowledgeable, good at explaining the procedure and answered all of our questions. In fact everyone I met from this company including the people I spoke to on the phone were responsive and very pleasant. With something like this, there is a certain amount of trust you have to have for the people doing the work since it's not something most of us know much about. I felt trust with the people in this company.
