City Wide Plumbing

The plumbing repair work so far is good, but the prep to keep my house clean was not. They didn't tape the plastic to walls very well and now my house is covered in dust. Besides that they are doing a good job.

I got a call from Luis offering me a great 30$ special for a flood prevention inspection which was great timing because I’ve been needing a lot of work done for awhile. I couldn’t remember the name of this company the last time I had them over so I appreciated the call because they did a great job last time. So they just came over and did a great job once again fixing my kitchen sink and I even got to pick out my new faucet that I love so much. I still need a lot more work done I just need time to save up money for the next job but I know for sure who to call again this time so I’m not worried about it anymore. They were very polite and respectful in my home I’m very happy I have a plumbing company like this thank you for everything🙏

We had a water line leak. Many years ago we signed up with water line insurance as recommended by the Southern Nevada Water Authority. We called the insurance co and City Wide Plumbing was assigned to our case. They contacted us and were out to see us ASAP. They expertly diagnosed the problem. We needed our water line rerouted. They got the approval from the ins Co. and moved the line within one day. Job was completed in ONE DAY. Everyone We dealt with-George and Danny at start and all of the other crew members were friendly, very efficient, and kept us appraised of what was being done. They are one of the very best service companies that we have dealt with in the 10 years we have owned our home. They are a five star company!

The technicians were awesome. Professional and to the point! They arrived early instead of my having to be tied up all day! Danny was amazing as well as George! They worked well as a team. These guys were great!! Personable, attentive to work area, quality of service, and knowledgeable staff. They first came out to clear my drain only to have Hydro Jet clean the sewer line. When that failed due to tree root invasion they worked with my insurance company to quickly get the approval to replace the infested pipe. They were very intuitive about how much concrete would have to be cut and dirt dug up to keep the mess to a minimum. Even after we found out I had three feet of concrete to be broken up and another foot of dirt. They found a way to tunnel under some concrete instead of having to break up more to replace the tree root invaded portion. After two days of digging, they replaced the bad pipe and made sure of no leaks before filling the hole. The concrete was supposed to be a rough pour patch but they took the time to make even a rough pour look very nice. Professionals from start to finish.
