Awesome service. I heard from word of mouth how great these guys were. I submitted an online request for a non-urgent A/C request (after seeing they started doing HVAC work this year on their site). I did some work on it myself, and wanted a tech to double check it. They called me in under an hour. The tech was super knowledgeable. I asked them to email me to set up an appointment. In less than 10 minutes from hanging up I had an email and an appointment scheduled. They didn't try to be pushy about upselling, did exactly what I asked, were quick and efficient. I could go on for a while. A+ service all around. I will be using them 100% going forward for pretty much anything they branch out into.

This company has gone above and beyond for us. They have installed an entirely new maniblock for us, plumbed our new house, and fixed countless drain clogs. They are friendly, communicative, on time, and so knowledgeable.

I ’ve known about Cascade Plumbing and Bryce for a few years now—first met them on a remodel job where the customer had great things to say. Since then, I’ve referred them many times, and my friends and family always have positive experiences. Recently, I called them out for an issue I thought I had. They gave me a bid, but after taking a closer look, they told me it wasn’t actually broken and didn’t need fixing. Super honest!
