On a recent visit to my Grandma's house we noticed a few plumbing issues. There was a leaky valve, leaky shower knob and a toilet bowl that looked like it was going to fall off at any moment. Emilio Caruso came recommended by At Home in Greenwich. This is a program that helps seniors find quality help for project around their house. Emilio was quick to respond to our phone call, professional during the inspection and when he came back with the parts and tools to complete the job he did a fantastic job. Not only was the quality of work excellent but his first action was to repair instead of replace the issues. This ended up saving my Grandmother hundreds of dollars. Excellent service provider, fair pricing and professional to the point you would welcome them in your Grandma's house.

Stay very far away from Caruso Plumbing. It took them almost 6 hours to install a dishwasher, They lost parts, they lied about their quoted price, and as soon as they left, the bottom panel fell off. When I read the manual, I realized they installed it completely wrong—it’s a fire hazard. The incompetence would be comical if there wasn’t so much at stake.

Arrived promptly after a short notice weekend call. Thorough. Professional. Fair. I can't say enough good things.
