Joshua, was excellent, clear, respectful and informed communication. The warranty on the work is too short for an organization that posits itself as a provider of high quality service. It should be 2 yrs minimum, regardless of the hardness of the water. Test the water and use better materials if you are worried about early failure due to hard water. The work was just done so we will see how the system performs over the next year.

Richard and Ka'lee removed my old water heater and installed my new one. I was so impressed with both of these individuals. Both gentlemen were so wonderful! They were very professional, friendly, and respectful. They treated my home with respect as they moved items in and out of the house. I couldn't ask for any better customer service. Canady's did it again. Great customer service from initial diagnostics to final repair. They communicate very well and even while waiting on parts with regular updates. Devin was very professional, explained what he eas going to do and was accurate in his time estimate. Would definitely recommend Canady's.

I called this morning and was able to service this morning. The technician was very nice and professional. Gave suggestions on how to solve the issues I have been having moving forward. That information aligned with what my husband and I had already discussed and plan to do.
