Building Waters Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Remodeling

This is the first time I have used Building Waters and I am extremely satisfied with their work. From the time I placed the call this morning until the time they completed their work and they pulled out of the driveway, I had absolutely no complaints. They were friendly, arrived quicker than expected, explained what they needed to and replaced my water heater. I have a remodeling project later this fall and I will definitely be calling them. It’s nice to have a plumbing company you have confidence in.

Joey and Caleb were great! They were fast and thorough in their assessment of our AC problem. They gave us alternatives to solve our problem and were very professional! We decided to get a new system and they made sure the next steps were taken quickly to insure we would be well taken care of. We were able to meet with Payton within a very short period of time, who took over the process and he, too, was very professional and knowledgeable. All in all, a super team!! The very next day, the installation crew was right on time, bright and early. They did a great job installing our new unit, even though they ran into a few problems. They knew exactly how to fix them and kept working until the job was done. Love those guys - they made our house cool again!! Building Waters is a great company! We've had them do multiple jobs for us and we are always more than satisfied with their work. Give them a call whenever you need work done - you won't regret it!

I had a front porch railing and hand rail installed today. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and the courteous and friendly installers. Arrived when pomised and did a great job cleaning up after. I would definitely recommend this company for any work you may need performed. I also had Joe come to install an outside electrical outlet. He was so very personable and did an phenomenal job. Also, everything was cleaned up and back in order, you wouldn't have even know he was here. So very impressed with this company and their employees. I've even recommended them to a friend who also is having electrical work done.

Back in 2020 we had our bathroom remodeled - little did we know, the person/business we chose for this would end up with us having to completely remove and reinstall our stand up tile shower due to extremely poor workmanship. What started as a nightmare (black spots on the living room ceiling - mushrooms growing in the ceiling!! - and zero waterproofing under the shower!) turned out to be an absolute dream of a remodel with Building Waters Inc!! The team at Building Waters Inc was nothing short of amazing! They took care of us from the first call we made to the very last day of install. Everyone involved was incredibly professional, caring, and overall just great humans! We highly recommend Building Waters Inc for any plumbing issues you may have!!

I was very happy with Andrew's service call today to check and clean my AC units. He explained things thoroughly and at a level I could understand and helped me plan for next year AC maintenance and furnace needs as well. He knows what he's doing and is very pleasant. I will definitely be calling Building Waters for future service.
