We have been using Bighorn for a while now. They always come out quick and provide upfront reasonable pricing. Their technicians have been quick and professional, they keep it clean which I appreciate. When we need a plumber (hopefully not anytime soon) we will always make Bighorn our first call!! (PS. They actually answer the phone)
Used Bighorn to install a bathroom faucet. Unfortunately, Technicians brought to our attention that he had unintentionally chipped our sink. He reported to his office and left shortly after to look for a sink replacement. Now all good. No charge for the replacement sink or the labor spent putting it in. We are happy. Oh, and the faucet works well.
My favorite part about Bighorn is the people. I am elderly and live alone and the customer service made me feel educated and confident about the service. I am 100% happy with them!
Had Bighorn install a tankless heater and a softener in my cabin and they did a great job. Good investment for my home and they let me finance it.
